When you buy from Fitness Gallery, you can be sure you’re getting the very best price. We promise you will not find a lower advertised price on any of our products. And if you find a lower price advertised on a competitor’s site, and it meets the requirements below, then we’ll match the price or refund you the difference in merchandise credits at any Fitness Gallery location.
To qualify for Fitness Gallery’s Best Price Guarantee:
- The product advertised with a lower price must be exactly the same make, model, color and condition.
- The product must be advertised on the seller’s website so we can verify the lower price.
- The seller offering the product must be an established business and an authorized dealer for that product, as determined by Fitness Gallery and the product must be in-stock with that seller.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Fitness Gallery’s Best Price Promise applies to no more than two different products per customer in any 30-day period.
- Price comparison does not include any special offers made by sellers, such as quantity discounts, free shipping, coupons, discount membership clubs or rebates.
- The refund credit applies to no more than any two identical products per customer. You must have purchased the product from Fitness Gallery no more than 14 days before the day you apply for the credit.
- The comparison may be applied only to established catalog and/or online sellers offering merchandise for a set price (no auction sites) as determined at the discretion of Fitness Gallery.
- Price comparison applies to total cost of the merchandise price plus shipping and delivery charges. Meaning if there are additional charges for shipping from the seller, they must be factored in to the cost.
- The terms of this Best Price Promise are subject to change without prior notice, and the program may be terminated at any time, at Fitness Gallery’s discretion.
Fitness Gallery’s Return Policy:
We care about our customers’ health and happiness. We offer full money-back returns within 60 days of purchasing cardio or strength equipment, and exchanges within 90 days of purchase.
- Products must be returned in like-new condition.
- Applicable manuals, paper work, parts and accessories must accompany the return.
- If the item or items require our trucks for pick up, an additional charge will apply.
- Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product.
- Original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, will be applied in the original method of payment.
- Customers who paid with cash will be refunded by a company check from corporate within 10 days; less original delivery, assembly, freight, shipping, restocking fees and any handling charges.
- Customers may exchange the original product for a different item within 90 days after returning the original item and placing a new order.
- Special order items are not refundable.
